Weakness- Haighs chocolates is not able to expand their business in various other attempts that would lead to lower market share. It is responsible for inability to build the certification from the fair trade foundation (Corley 2014). Products are not of export quality and packaging of the products is not attractive and follows a single flavor. Compare to other brands in Australia, Haighs chocolate does not have products mix and lacks varieties other than milk drinks and wafers.
